This is a performance-driven sales opportunity.

Selected candidates will be expected to actively identify and prospect for potential clients, make outbound calls, secure meetings, conduct follow-ups, present solutions, negotiate and close sales.

Prowbys will not necessarily provide  leads. Sales personnel/Call Reps are expected to actively generate their own prospects and develop their sales pipeline.

The compensation structure includes:

up to 15% commission on qualifying sales of each service/product plus ₦30,000  Sales Activity Support, subject to meeting the required  sales activity standards.

The standard monthly sales target is up to ₦1,000,000 or more.

The  Sales Activity Support is tied to documented sales activity, including prospecting, qualified sales engagements, follow-ups and proper use of the company's sales/CRM system.

Commission is earned when customer payments are received.
